Our potatoes transform into nests for Easter! An easy and original idea that you can garnish with bacon, grated cheese, and eggs. In other words: whatever you have in the fridge ;-) Once your potatoes are grated, a few minutes in the oven will give them this special shape. A perfect recipe to kick off your Easter menu!

- Peel the potatoes and grate them. Put them in a colander and squeeze well to remove as much water as possible. Add the 2 eggs, salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Place 1 tablespoon of grated potatoes in each cavity of the muffin tin, previously greased. Then, with your fingers, press the potatoes up the sides to form the nests. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and grill them in a hot pan. Also fry the quail eggs.
- When the potato nests are cooked, let them cool for a few minutes, then gently unmold them.
- Place grated cheese in the bottom, then a few pieces of bacon, and top with a fried quail egg. There you go, your quail nests are ready!
