Mandolin slicer
9 inches diameter sprinform pan
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them using a mandolin.
Do the same with the onion, and put everything in a big bowl.
Mix the eggs with the flour and the melted butter, and finally pour the milk while whisking. Add salt and pepper.
Pour this batter into the bowl of potato slices and mix. Grease the pan and pour half of the potatoes.
Cover with raclette cheese, then with the prosciutto slices. Pour the remaining potatoes and smooth the top.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
