Fantasy Cupcakes Officially Open for Business

So Saturday 12th December saw the successful opening of our stall on Rawtenstall Indoor Market Hall. I must say I was very touched by the positive comments the stall, the display, and more importantly the cakes got on the day.


Thanks to everyone who came over to support the opening day and I am glad to say it was a sell-out which is very heartening for the future. Now I am on a learning curve of knowing which flavours are the most popular now - and for repeat business. The Choco Cherry Boom Boom is hot favourite at the moment but the Rocky Chocky Road and the Lemon Meringue Doufler came a close second. Vanilla the least popular! Intoroducing Red Velvet and Cappuccino next Saturday (19th December) so will report back!!!!
