- Wash the potatoes with soap and steel brush to clean the surface.
- Cut the potatoes into half, then quarter and then further cut into two lengthwise. Finally you get 8 pcs from a potato.
- Steam to cook these potatoes. It takes about 10-12 minutes.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients with water to get a semi-thick consistency.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the cooked potatoes in the batter and fry till golden brown.
- Serve with any sauce of your choice.
