Preparation
- Wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes or until tender (check doneness with a knife).
- Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer tray with parchment paper and mash them with the back of a glass.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and the spices of your choice (we chose paprika and thyme).
Cook for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C) on “Air Fry” mode, don't forget to flip them mid time! - And there you are, you can sprinkle fresh chives and serve them with a yogurt sauce, enjoy your meal!
