  • Peel your potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise. Steam them for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
    Once cooked, place them flat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and gently mash them with a potato masher or fork.
  • Using a teaspoon, place the garlic and parsley mixture on each potato.
