Paprika, basil and garlic red skin potatoes

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Bushel of baby red potatoes

3 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tablespoon paprika

Pinch of garlic salt

Pinch of pepper

Preparation

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Scrub the potatoes clean and place into the boiling water.
  • Cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes become soft and then remove from the water. Place the potatoes in a serving dish.
  • Mix together the butter, basil, paprika, garlic salt and pepper and drizzle over the potatoes and serve warm.
