- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Scrub the potatoes clean and place into the boiling water.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes become soft and then remove from the water. Place the potatoes in a serving dish.
- Mix together the butter, basil, paprika, garlic salt and pepper and drizzle over the potatoes and serve warm.
