Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C), turning them halfway through cooking.
Remove from the oven, then place half a slice of raclette cheese on each potato. Return to the hot oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven, and place half a slice of prosciutto on half of the potatoes. Top with the other halves of the potatoes, and use a skewer or string to hold them together.
