Raclette gratin

Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, then immerse them in salted boiling water for about 30 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Cut the pancetta slices in half. Spread the cream in the bottom of the gratin dish.
Arrange the potato slices vertically against the sides of the gratin dish. Add a layer of pancetta, then another layer of potatoes.
Add a slice of raclette cheese, then a layer of potatoes, and continue alternating until the dish is filled.
Place the raclette gratin in the preheated oven at 410°F (210°C) for 15 minutes.
It's ready! Your potato, pancetta, and cheese gratin is ready!
