Gluten-Free Shrimp Scampi

1 package of Heartland Gluten-Free Spaghetti
1 lemon
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 sticks of butter
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 lb large shrimp

In one pan, boil the shrimp with about three cups of salted water. In another pan, set salted water to boil for the pasta. In a large sauce pan sautee the garlic and olive oil together on high for five minutes, then turn down to medium heat. Throw in the two sticks of butter and melt them down, then add the full juiced lemon and the salt. Finally add the cornstarch and turn up to medium-high heat. Then add the shrimp and cook for another few minutes, careful not to let the butter actually boil. Turn to low heat and serve over hot pasta, garnishing with fresh grated Parmesan and Bon Appetite!
