Grilled Green Beans with Red Onions & Tomato

You will need:

1 lb. fresh green beans
1 medium red onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
2 medium vine ripe tomatoes (quartered)
3 tablespoons olive oil
juice of a ¼ of a lemon

Clean beans and boil until they are almost cooked. (Do Not Over Cook)

Heat griddle and spread olive oil over griddle. Add onions, garlic, tomatoes and beans to griddle.

Grill until beans and veggies have a golden color.

Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and lemon.

Enjoy!
