Groundnut Chutney or Palli Pachadi

Today I wanted to try it myself and also get V to taste the wonders of Chutney. Ingredients for the Chutney Groundnut - 200 gms Tamarind - one ball size of a 1 rupee coin garlic - 2 cloves salt- as required green chillies - 2 for seasoning oil - 3 teas spoons cumin seeds - one tea spoon mustard seeds - one tea spoon urad dal - one tea spoon curry leaves - 10 Preparation roast the groundnut,soak the tamarind in water for about 3 minutes.now in a mixer jar put the roasted groundnuts (palli),tamarind with water,salt,garlic (roasted),green chillies and grind it till the paste is fine.take this out in a bowl. take oil in a pan,heat it and then add the seasoning ingredients and let them fry fine.switch off the stove and transfer this seasoning into the bowl of groundnut paste and mix it well. You can eat this with idli,dosa,bread or eat it just like that! related searches : Groundnut
