Observations

How do you make vegetable tagliatelle?

Simply "peel" your vegetables with a vegetable peeler.

How do I store this tagliatelle salad?

You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container or wrapped in cling film.

Which vegetables should I use to make tagliatelle?

We've used cucumbers and carrots, but you can also use zucchinis, cabbage, asparagus, leeks...

How do I make a salad dressing without mustard?

We've made a salad dressing like a vinaigrette. Here, the vinegar is replaced by lime and the mustard by unsweetened peanut butter! You can replace the mustard with tahini (sesame butter), for example.

What to substitute for feta cheese?

You can replace it with mozzarella balls, for example. Remember to adjust the amount of salt!
