Chilly potato and peanut salad

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Potato - 2 nos

Red chilly flakes - 5 nos of chillies

Salt to taste

Peanuts - 1 cup

Onion - 2 nos

Tomato - 2 nos

Cucumber - 1 no

Green chillies - 2 nos

Salt to taste

Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Chat Masala - 1 teaspoon

Lime juice - 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  • Pressure cook the potatoes till fully cooked.
  • Mash the potatoes with salt and red chilly flakes. Mix all together.
  • Heat oil in pan, make small balls of this potato and deep fry in oil till it becomes brown. Keep aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients for salad in a serving plate.
  • With this add the fried potato balls and mix together. Serve.
