- Pressure cook the potatoes till fully cooked.
- Mash the potatoes with salt and red chilly flakes. Mix all together.
- Heat oil in pan, make small balls of this potato and deep fry in oil till it becomes brown. Keep aside.
- Mix all the ingredients for salad in a serving plate.
- With this add the fried potato balls and mix together. Serve.
