![]() Ingredients: Kappa (Aalvalli) - 1/2 kg (chopped) Coconut - 1 cup (grated) Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Green chillies - 2-3 nos Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Method: 1) Pressure cook the kappa with salt until very well cooked. Keep aside. 2) Grind the coconut, green chillies with cumin seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and little salt until well blend. 3) Now mix it with the cooked kappa and mash it together. And this is my favorite combo : Kappa and fish curry!
