Lemon Ice Cream Ingredients 200ml of condensed milk 200ml of cream 3 lemons 1 lime Method 1 Start by whipping the cream on a separate bowl. Do it until it has a good consistency, but not too hard. 2 Then, add the condensed milk and mix it all very well. 3 Squeeze the lemons and lime into a juice. You can also unpeal one the lemons, chop it into small very parts and add it at the end to the whole mixture. 4 Add the juice to the cream and condensed milk mixture. Mix it all very well. If you have decided to chop a lemon, add the parts and mix it all ver well. 5 It is then ready to take it to the freezer. But here is a trick: if you leave the mixture in the freezer for up to one hour, you will have a lemon mousse. If you decide to leave it for longer, you will have a lemon ice-cream.
