Observations

What makes a magic cake different from regular cakes?

A magic cake creates three distinct layers (flan, cream, and sponge) from a single batter, which is a unique feature not found in traditional cakes.

Can I use other flavors instead of vanilla and lemon?

Yes, you can experiment with different flavors such as chocolate, almond, or orange to create your own version of the magic cake.

Why is it important to let the cake cool before unmolding?

Cooling allows the layers to set properly, ensuring they hold their shape and texture when you unmold the cake.

What is the best way to serve magic cake?

Magic cake is best served chilled, with a dusting of icing sugar on top, and can be paired with fresh fruits or whipped cream for added flavor.

How can I ensure my magic cake layers are distinct?

To achieve distinct layers, be gentle when folding in the egg whites and avoid overmixing, as this helps maintain the separation of the layers during baking.

Nowhere does the recipe tstate the size of the pan. It also shows a pan with removable sides. Surprise! Due to the batter being so thin, it leaks out through the bottom even with parchment paper lining. Don't waste your time or ingredients.
