    Bake for 50 minutes at 300°F
    Leave at room temperature for 1 hour, then put it in the fridge for 2 hours before gently unmold it.
    It's a very important step since the layers are going to form while cooling.

    Sprinkle some icing sugar on top and voilà !

Nowhere does the recipe tstate the size of the pan. It also shows a pan with removable sides. Surprise! Due to the batter being so thin, it leaks out through the bottom even with parchment paper lining. Don't waste your time or ingredients.
