Do you have a tub of ice cream lingering in your freezer? Turn it into a quick cake! With just 2 additional ingredients, you can whip up this fast and easy dessert/snack recipe. A guaranteed waste-free recipe, feel free to mix it up by changing the flavors of the ice creams you use ;-)

Ingredients

• 1 tub of ice cream (500g)
• 1.75 cups of flour
• 2 tsp baking powder

Materials

• Electric whisk
• Loaf pan

Preparation

• Place the ice cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soften. Then, whisk the ice cream to loosen it (be careful, it should not melt).
• Add the flour and the baking powder, and mix well.
  
• Pour into a greased loaf pan.
• Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  
• And there you have it, your ice cream cake is ready!
