Linguine Pasta with Nage of White Miso & Seafood

Cooked this fusion style pasta for weekend lunch. Recipe adapted from Pasta & Seafood workshop by Chef Anderson.


A soupy pasta that tasted so rich and flavourful with fish, prawns, clams & squids. Served with some seaweed topping.

Verdict: Very good and my family enjoyed it.
