Linguine with lobster

Hi, today we tell you about linguine with lobster, well known all over the world and chosen as a main dish in the Christmas menu according to the Italian style.

We use to cook linguine with lobster in two different ways.

In the first recipe linguine are dressed with a tomato and lobster meat sauce.

The second recipe is a pasta dish dressed with  lobster meat and artichoke sauce. It’s  no tomato main dish. It’s a first course in a typical Italian menu. Make it for a special occasion or a celebration. Very tasty, it is fantastic!
