Low Fat Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
4 to 5 - tomatoes 1/2 cup - milk 1 - medium onion 2 to 3 - garlic pods 1 tbsp - butter 1 tbsp - corn powder pepper salt basil or coriander Method
Boil tomatoes in pressure cooker. After cooking for a while make fine puree. Heat butter in a pan Add finely chopped garlic and onion paste. Later add corn flour to it. Stir for 2 to 3 min. Add milk and stir well and allow it to cook for 5 min. Add salt and pepper. Add tomato puree in the pan and allow it to boil. Add water if required for liquid consistency.
