MADHURA SEVA

Besan flour - 1 cup

Salt - a pinch

Baking soda-a pinch

Sugar - ½ cup

Oil for frying





1) Mix flour,baking soda and salt.

2) Slowly add warm water and knead the dough with hands.

3) Heat oil in a Pan.

4) Press the dough through the mould of a seva press into hot oil and fry it till golden brown.

5) Remove from Oil and let it cool.

6) Boil Sugar and 1/2 cup water in a vessel.

7) Stirring constantly till one-thread consistency is reached.

8) Add fried seva into it and stir them well.

9) Allow them to cool.
