Ingredients:
6 red chillies (de-seeded)
1/2 roasted belacan (can replace with 1 tsp belacan/shrimp powder)
Blend/ground to a coarse paste
Other ingredients
2 eggs (scramble fried)
3 cup cooked white rice
10 fresh prawns(de-vein, remove skin and head and chopped)
3 shallots (sliced thinly)
3 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
6 stalks kangkung/water spinach (cut stem into 2 and sliced)
3 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the chilly paste, garlic, onion and prawns until the oil floats and the aroma is out.
Add in the rice and salt to taste. Keep stirring to mix all the ingredients into the rice.
Finally, add in the kangkung and scrambled eggs, keep stirring for 3-4 min and the fried rice is done.
