When oil is heated, fry the garlic and prawns. Fry for about 5 mins to brown the garlic and cook the prawns. Add in the rice, veges, dark sauce, sesame oil, pepper and salt (use sparingly). Stir to combine all these ingredients together. Make a hole in the center break in the eggs. Very gently fold over the rice and start stirring again. You will notice the eggs have been scrambled and mix into the rice. Off the heat and lastly in goes the spring onions. Stir another 2 or 3 times and the fried rice is done.
