- When oil is heated, fry the mutton and garlic for 4-5 minutes or till you notice the garlic is brown in colour.
- Put in the rice, salt and pepper to taste, Keep stirring to blend all the ingredients together (4-5minutes).
- Add in peas and spring onions.Continue stirring to mix into the rice and off the heat.
- Serve with a fried egg if you prefer.
