Vegetarian mutton fried rice

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
200 g vegetarian mutton (soak in water for 3 minutes and tear into small pieces)

3 cups cooked rice

5 cloves garlic (chopped)

1 cup frozen green peas

3 tablepsoons olive oil

1 stalk spring onions (sliced thinly)

salt and pepper to taste

fried eggs (optional)

Preparation

  • When oil is heated, fry the mutton and garlic for 4-5 minutes or till you notice the garlic is brown in colour.
  • Put in the rice, salt and pepper to taste, Keep stirring to blend all the ingredients together (4-5minutes).
  • Add in peas and spring onions.Continue stirring to mix into the rice and off the heat.
  • Serve with a fried egg if you prefer.
