Preparation
- When oil is heated, saute the ginger, garlic and shallots.
- Add in the curry powder paste.Fry until the oil starts to float.
- Add in the tomato, crushed pepper, salt and milk and let it boil to get a thick gravy.
- Put in the fried mutton, cook for another 3-4 mins and remove from heat.
