- Wash the mutton.
- In a pressure cooker add mutton, 1 teaspoon of chill powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon gingergarlic paste , curry leaves with some water.
- Cook the mutton for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Then grind 1 teaspoon of fennal seeds, 2 teaspoons of coconut, cashews.In a pan add 3 teaspoons of oil ,wen oil is hot add 1/2 teaspoon of fennal seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves.
- Now add the grinded paste and salt.
- Open the cooker seperate the mutton pieces. Add the seperated water in pan.
- Cook it till became thick.Then add the mutton pieces. Cook it till you get the desired consistency.
