In a pressure cooker add mutton, 1 teaspoon of chill powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon gingergarlic paste , curry leaves with some water.
Cook the mutton for 10 to 20 minutes.
Then grind 1 teaspoon of fennal seeds, 2 teaspoons of coconut, cashews.In a pan add 3 teaspoons of oil ,wen oil is hot add 1/2 teaspoon of fennal seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves.
Now add the grinded paste and salt.
Open the cooker seperate the mutton pieces. Add the seperated water in pan.
Cook it till became thick.Then add the mutton pieces. Cook it till you get the desired consistency.
