Mila Salsa
It doesn’t get any simpler than this. The Mila (chia seeds) keep the sauce from getting runny. Brilliant! (No this one is not from Living Light: it’s my own raw version of something I found from another Mila distributor named Linda Smith.) Ingredients: 4 to 6 cups worth of tomatoes, chopped 1 medium red onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, mined 1 bunch cilantro, chopped 4 to 6 tbsp Mila (chia meal) sea salt and pepper to taste squeeze of lemon (optional) Directions: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite corn chips or raw crackers. Or, use as a sandwich or vegetable topping. related searches : Mila
