Mint dressing
My local vegetable store had fresh mint on sale. It smelled so nice and looked so good that I took a whole bag with me. A good way of using mint, I figured, is to make a dressing with it. the dressing goes well with salads as well as with fried vegetables. A refreshing taste in spring time. Preparation time: 5 minutes easy recipe Ingredients: a hand full of chopped mint juice of a lemon 4 ts of Greek yogurt some honey some olive oil salt and pepper Preparation: Put the mint with some olive oil into the blender and process it. squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl and dissolve the honey, the salt and the pepper in it. Add a little olive oil to it. Add this mixture to the yogurt mixture and blend. related searches : Mint
