Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients except clarified butter and make it in to a soft dough.
  • Sprinkle water only if necessary. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Divide them in to 8 equal balls and roll it out in to parathas.
  • Heat a flat pan and cook paratha on medium flame on both sides until golden brown.
  • Smear Clarified butter or ghee and serve hot with pickle and curd.
