Sweet potato and coconut cake

- Mix all ingredients except clarified butter and make it in to a soft dough.
- Sprinkle water only if necessary. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Divide them in to 8 equal balls and roll it out in to parathas.
- Heat a flat pan and cook paratha on medium flame on both sides until golden brown.
- Smear Clarified butter or ghee and serve hot with pickle and curd.
