Ingredients

• Spinach, 1  cup chopped
• Tomato , 1 chopped
• Onion ,1 chopped
• Chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric powder, a pinch
• Mustard seeds, 1/4 teaspoon
• Salt and oil as required

Preparation

• Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds
• Add chopped onion and chopped tomato and saute till the onion pieces turn transparent.
• Now add all the powders and saute again. Add chopped spinach and saute.
• Pour half a cup of water to this and cook till it is done on medium flame with a lid.
