My Pasta Alfredo recipe

Everybody has a Pasta Alfredo recipe they call THE best on earth.Well, in the case, I guess I'm allowed to say the same isn't it? Yes? Thanks!!

Actually, you know, I'm kind of shy girl, and will never say my Pasta Alfredo is the ultimate one. But what I can tell you: this recipe is good, very easy to make (that's for you beginners!!) and cheap (perfect recession food.).

Two days ago I was at home, sick and hungry. No, not hungry, starving (I'm still sick, in case you wonder...I guess is bronchitis, but don't trust me, in my family we tend to self-diagnose) and even thought I wasn't in the mood for cooking, my starvation won over me. Therefore, I headed my sick self to the frigo, and just few minutes later, pull this together. My own Pasta Alfredo. Hope you like it.

Pasta Alfredo with smoked salmon

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

500 gr pasta (I used what I had on hand, pasta penne rigato, but you can use whatever you like)

100 gr sliced mushrooms

50 gr snow peas (you can substitute if for asparagus or even broccoli)

1 garlic clove, minced

50 gr smoked salmon, cut in small pieces

1 egg yolk

1/4 cup cream

50 gr grated parmigiano reggiano cheese

10 gr fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped

Olive oil

Salt & fresh pepper


Directions

1. Cook pasta according to the packages directions.

2, Mix cream and egg yolk in a bowl and set aside.

3. In a large skillet saute the mushrooms and the snow peas with the olive oil. Add the drained cooked pasta, remove from heat and add egg yolk and cream mixture. Toss to combine. Add the smoked salmon, sat and pepper and parsley. Serve immediately.


Note: The yolks will not be thoroughly cooked, it may not be advisable for children or pregnant women to eat this dish.

Así que me dirigí al refri y solo unos cuantos minutos después. hice esto.

Mi receta de Pasta Alfredo. Espero que les guste.


Pasta Alfredo con salmón ahumado

Rendimiento: 2

Ingredientes

500 gr pasta (yo use lo que tenia a la mano, penne rigato, pero puedes usar cualquiera)

100 gr champinones fileteados

50 gr chicharos, snowpeas (se puede sustituir por espárragos o incluso por brocoli)

50 gr salmón ahumado, cortado en pequeñas piezas

1 yema

1/4 taza de crema

50 gr queso parmigiano reggiano rallado

10 gr perejil fresco, picado

Aceite de olivo

Sal y pimienta


Instrucciones

1. Cocina la pasta de acuerdo a las instrucciones del paquete.

2. Mezcla la crema y yema en un bowl, reserva.

3. En un sartén grande saltea los hongos con los chicharos, el aceite de olivo y el ajo. Agrega la pasta cocida y drenada, retira del fuego y añade la mezcla de yema y crema. Agrega el salmón ahumado, sal, pimienta y perejil. Sirve inmediatamente.

Nota: Debido a que las yemas no se cocinan totalmente, no es recomendable este platillo para niños y mujeres embarazadas.
