New Recipe ? Chinese Stir-Fry!

By iEyeFood (Visit website)

Another dish that I made with awesome friend DimityGirl. Had no idea what to make one morning and decided to put together a whole jumble of things that we had remaining. The result = one of the best stir fries ever conjured. I’m telling you, if you’re into chinese food and snazzy textures, this will really tingle your senses. Works best if the cashew nuts are toasted slightly (will only take two minutes in a pan on high heat) before putting them in. And of course, feel free to substitute any of the main ingredients for whatever suits your fancy, it should still taste just fine!
