Noodle 3.0 ? Yakisoba

There are two popular fried noodle dishes at japanese restaurant : Yaki Soba and Yaki Udon. Which one do you like? Personally i like yakisoba more but my other half love Yaki Udon. Yakisoba has a tangy sauce to it so I use an equal part of oyster sauce and tomato sauce.
