Palak Paneer ( simple method)
Ingredients
Washed & chopped spinach : 3 cups Cubed paneer : 1 cup Onion pureed : 1 cup Tomatoes pureed : 1 cup Ginger - garlic paste : 1 tsp Green chilly : 1 Red chilly powder : 1 tbsp COriander powder : 1 tbsp Garam masala powder : 1 tsp Cinaamon cardamom Cloves Salt Oil Method Grind spinach and green chilly and keep aside. Deep fry paneer cubes ,and put it in lukewarm water and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai ,add cinnamon,cardamom ,cloves and stir. Add pureed onion and fry well. Then add pureed tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste and fry till oil separates. Now add pureed spinach and cook for 5 mins till the raw smell goes. Add red chilly powder, garam masala powder , coriander powder, salt and mix well. let it cook for 5 mins. Add paneer and mix gently. Garnish with coriander leaves. related searches : Palak
