Paneer Gobi Masala
Paneer Gobi Masala:
Ingredients: 100g cauliflower florets 100g paneer cut into cubes 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp oil 1 tsp curd 1/4 tsp turmeric powder few fresh corriender leaves for garnishing. To grind: 4 small onions 1 tomato 2 green chilli 1/2 tsp jeera 1/3 tsp fenugreek seeds few fresh corriender 3 cashewnuts Method: Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the paneer cubes and keep aside. Grind all the grinding ingredients into fine paste. In the same kadai,add the grinded paste,curd,turmeric powder and let it cook for 5 mins,until the raw smell goes. After 5 mins add the cauliflower florets and paneer into the kadai.Add 1/2 cup of water.Cover and cook for another 2 mins. Add salt finally.Once it becomes thick transfer it into a serving bowl.Garnish the masala with few fresh corriender leaves. related searches : Paneer
