Pepper Chicken

500 gms Chicken 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 tea cup Coconut (fresh or powder) 5-6 tbsp Curd 2 tbsp Coriander Powder 3 tbsp Black Pepper 6-8 whole Red Chilies 2 Cloves 2 Cinnamon Sticks 2 medium Bay Leaves 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste 1/2 tsp Turmeric 7-8 tbsp cooking Oil Salt to taste Method: Grind Coconut,Black Pepper,whole Red Chilies in to a fine paste. In a large bowl take the Chicken pieces,the above paste,Curd,Coriander Powder,Ginger-Garlic paste Salt,mix well and keep it aside for 30-45 min's Heat Oil in a medium flame. Add Cloves,Cinnamon sticks,Bay Leaves. Then after 5-6 sec's add Onions and fry until its lightly Brown in color but don't burn it. Now add the Chicken mixture,2 cup water,mix well and close the lid. Cook in medium until the Chicken gets cooked,add more water if needed. Once the Chicken gets cooked,remove the lid and fry until the masala sticks to the Chicken. Serve with Roti/kind of Indian Breads,any kind of Rice dishes like Steamed Rice,Fried Rice,Pulao related searches : Pepper
