For an easy recipe that smells like summer, prepare these chicken skewers with bell peppers! Cut the chicken breasts into pieces (make sure to consider the size they will be on your skewers).
Add olive oil, cumin, paprika, crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, and chopped coriander. Mix and refrigerate for a few hours (at least 1 hour, preferably a full night).
After that time, cut your bell pepper into pieces the same size as your chicken pieces. Thread them onto the skewers with the chicken.
Cook on a barbecue, on a plancha, or in a pan with a bit of olive oil.
And there you have it, your chicken skewers with bell peppers are ready!
Observations
Bell Peppers: You can also add pieces of tomato and onion.
