Put them in a bowl with olive oil + cumin + paprika + crushed garlic clove + salt + pepper + chopped coriander. Mix and refrigerate one night (at least 1 hour).
Cut your bell pepper into slices (try to make the same size as the chicken slices). Put the chicken and the bell pepper slices on a skewer.
Cook on a barbecue grill (or on a plancha, or in a pan with olive oil).
There you are ! Your skewers are ready !
