. Chicken - 400g

. Onions - 2

. Tomato - 2

. Chilly + coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon

. Garlic - 3cloves

. Fennel - 1/2 teaspoon

. Red chilly - 2

. Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon

. Pepper - 1 teaspoon

. Cumin - 1 teaspoon

. Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom - 2 each

. Coriander leaves - 1 tablepsoon

. Curry leaves

. Gingely Oil - 2 tablepsoons

Preparation

  • Combine chicken, sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic cloves, chilly+ coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook.
  • Dry roast and powder fennel, red chilly, coriander seeds, pepper and cumin.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and curry leaves. When they crackle add the cooked chicken and the spice powder and roast until everything is well combined.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
