- Combine chicken, sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic cloves, chilly+ coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook.
- Dry roast and powder fennel, red chilly, coriander seeds, pepper and cumin.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and curry leaves. When they crackle add the cooked chicken and the spice powder and roast until everything is well combined.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
