Pina Colada Cake

Delicious easy home made egg less Pineapple and Coconut cake





Pina Colada Cake is very famous now a days.Fresh 

coconut test is mind blowing. Here in this recipe it's a very easy method to make egg less cake.





Serves - 8

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking time - 25 minutes



Ingredients to make Pina Colada Cake: 





Cake flour                : 3/4 cup

Condensed milk        : 3/4 cup  

Butter                     : 1 1/2 table spoon

Cooking soda           : 1/4 +1/8 tea spoon

Baking soda             :  1/4 +1/8 tea spoon

Dry coconut powder   : 2 table spoon

Soda water              : 3/4 cup

Pineapple essence    : 4 - 5  drops





Method to make Pina Colada Cake:



Sift cake flour, baking soda and cooking soda together for 3 - 4 times.
In another bowl mix butter,pineapple essence and coconut powder beat for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add flour mixture in to the butter mixture slowly and add soda water gradually, mix well.
Pour the mixture in the greased and dusted cake tin.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180`c temperature in preheated  oven.
when cooking is over UN mold and let it cool at room temperature.
Decorate with desired icing.
