Pineapple Cold Soup
![]() Ingredients: Pineapple - 1/2 Fresh Ginger - a small piece Mint Leaves - few Coriander Leaves - few Jaggery - 1 tablespoon Salt - a pinch Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Fried Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Method: Cut pineapple into medium size pieces. (Reserve two or three pieces for garnishing). Put it in a mixie along with ginger, mint, coriander leaves, jaggery, little water and make a fine puree. Strain it. Add salt, pepper and fried cumin powder (cumin should be dryfried and then powdered). Mix well. Garnish with the remaining pineapple pieces cut into thin slices. Keep it in the Refrigerator for half an hour and then serve. Note: You can add a tablespoon of honey instead of jaggery. related searches : Pineapple
