Pineapple Fried Rice with Smoked Mackerel

Sweet and savoury - my favourite flavour combo.

That's why I love salted butter caramel, salted chocolate, bacon & egg ice-cream, Parma ham with melon, sweet soy chicken, caramelised pork, caramelised black pepper chicken, lychee pork ribs...OK you get the idea. Basically any dish with the word "caramelised" and fruits involved.
