Pop Pop and I Popped Too Much!

By Marens Morsels (Visit website)

Hello everyone. Finally I’m sitting at home in my jammies, watching some mindless TV and enjoying life like every other American early 20’s girl in summer.

The day went great! I ate my whole lunch- as planned, and did everything I needed to do!

Dinner

I made some spicy noodles with a few shrimps. I make this with angel hair pasta noodles, teryaki sauce, red pepper flakes, some mixed veggies and shrimp.

Tea

I’ve been reading about all the benefits of Green Tea in your diet. Herbal teas are amazing, most are really high in antioxidants. But green tea can help jump start your metabolism and aid in an over all healthy life. So I’m going to try to drink more herbal teas rather than coffee, soda and juice.

Workin’ On My Fitness

I did 30 minutes of weight training with some cardio bursts, it felt so good! My body was definitely ready to get back in the game. I planned on doing a full hour of fitness training but my room has been a mess for a month! I just couldn’t handle it any more, I stopped working out to clean! And do laundry!

I also had a huge bowl of air popped pop corn with some evoo sprayed on it and some seasoning salt. It was super tasty is probably what is making my tummy feel funky…

Well I’m relaxin tonight to refresh and recharge for day 3 of summer. I know I need to do my day 20 recap for the 40 Day Challenge, but I’ll get to it… one of these days ;-) . Later, have a good night!
