Puff Pastry Twisters Ingredients 1 package puff pastry(thawed, but do not let it be too soft or it will be hard to work with) 4 tbsp pesto genovese Instructions In the puff pastry package there are two sheets. You can either use both or one. I used one on one day and the other the next day. Preheat oven to 200C. Take the 1st puff pastry sheet open it and spread 2 tbsp of pesto genovese. Then with a knife cut the pustry crosswise in strips. Each strip should have 3 cm width. Take each strip, fold it so as to become a strip of 1,5 cm width with the pesto sauce folded in and twist it. Take a pan cover with baking paper brush it with oil and put the twisted strips on it. Bake until golden around 15 minutes. You do the same for the other puff pastry sheet.
