The day before place the cod fish in a large bowl and fill it with water.
Change waters to the cod fish every hour.
At night time remove the last water, mix water and milk together and leave the cod fish in the fridge.
Pour water into a pan and place the cod fish inside.
In another pan place all other ingredients and cover them with water.
Add salt to taste.
Serve all of the ingredients in the same tray.
On your plate mix extra virgin olive oil, a tad of paprika and minced garlic, mix it well then place a little of each ingredient over it and drizzle with a little olive oil.
