- The day before place the cod fish in a large bowl and fill it with water.
- Change waters to the cod fish every hour.
- At night time remove the last water, mix water and milk together and leave the cod fish in the fridge.
- Pour water into a pan and place the cod fish inside.
- In another pan place all other ingredients and cover them with water.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve all of the ingredients in the same tray.
- On your plate mix extra virgin olive oil, a tad of paprika and minced garlic, mix it well then place a little of each ingredient over it and drizzle with a little olive oil.
