- Mix minced garlic, olive leaves, shaoxing wine, sesame oil and sugar together.
- Place mixture onto the cod fillet.
- Steam the fillet for 10 minutes or till cooked.
- In a pan, bring stock and soya sauce to a boil.
- Drizzle sauce over the cooked cod fillet.
- Garnish with chopped chilies.
- Serve immediately.
