Raw Banana Snack
Iam sure you will love this when you give it a try !!! thats all i can say abt this dish . Extra flavour ingredient in this dish is Peanuts which makes it yummy !! Ingredients: Raw Bananas-2 Salt-To Taste Red chilly Powder-To Taste Directions To Prepare: 1) Take one bowl of glass of water Add 1/2 Tsp Salt .Peel the Skin of Bananas 2) Cut to the Center like Potato Wedges Let the bananas be half cooked . Drain the water and Keep aside. 3) In a Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil Add 3 cloves ,one inch Cinnamon Stick add Cumin ,Coriander seeds ,Cashew nuts 1 Tsp each , 2 Tsp Peanuts ,2 Tsp Bengal Gram 1 Tsp Coconut powder Fry until they becomes light brown . 4) Add 1/2 cup Onions Let it turn light brown Add 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste , 1 Tsp Tamarind Paste 5) Grind the above mixture . After grinding Add 1/2 Tsp Turmeric , Red chilly Powder,Salt . 6) Grind again with little bit of water and spread batter to Banana piece one side and shallow fry them then apply batter on the other side of the banana and let them fry until Golden brown. Garnish with cilantro.. Batter it self is so tasty that u cant help stop licking your fingers . This is a perfect Appetizer Especially For Rainy Days.
