Raw Plantain Curry / Arati kaya Curry
Ingredients :-
Plantain(arati kaya) - 1/4 kg Onion - 1 big (finally Chopped) green chillies - 2 (split into four) ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp red chilli powder - 1 tsp turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp mustard seeds - 1 tsp cumin seeds - 1 tsp chana dal - 1 tsp urad dal - 1 tsp curry leaves salt oil Preparation Method : Wash and peel the plantain and cut into cubes. Heat oil in a bowl ,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,urad dal and fry until they turn light brown. Add Onions and green chillies and fry them till salute the onions. Now add plantain pieces , turmeric powder , salt and ginger garlic paste and cook untill plantains pieces become soft. Add red chillie powder and cook for another 2 minutes, turn off the stove.
