Source : Own Chapati 1 Cup Atta 1 Tbs Oil Salt Making Dough Mix Wheat, oil and salt with water. Make a ball of the Dough. Keep it aside for 15 mins. Making Chapati 1. Divide the Dough in to 5 equal parts. 2. Make them in to nice balls. Make them in to wide Circular shapes. 3. Heat a pan and add one chapati to it and fry it nice on two side. Petit Pan Squash Curry 1 Cup Chopped Petit Pan Squash 1 small Tomato 1 Medium Onion 1 Tbs Garam Masala Powder 1 Green chili Oil Salt Seasoning 1 Tbs Mustard 1 Tbs Jeera 2 Red Chili Oil Heat a pan with 1 tbs oil add Mustard, Jeers and Red chili to it. Allow Mustard to splutter add Onion to it and fry them till they light brown now add Tomato and Green Chili to it. Add Salt to the curry and close it with lid for few minutes.Once they are cooked add garam Masala powder to it and fry for few few minutes. * Serve curry with Rotis and Rice.
