Salad with Lemon Garlic Dressing

I love salad and I love experimenting with new dressings.  I found this dressing on Pam's site For the Love of Cooking  I didn't make it with Greek salad though, I just used regular romaine lettuce with a bit of arugula.  The dressing was very tangy and goes perfect with any type of salad I think.




6 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp red wine vinegar
Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp dried oregano
